Shipping & Returns
When you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and once it’s shipped you will receive an update on your order with a tracking number. Please allow up to 4 days for your orders to ship via PostNL or DHL. We use PostNL to ship all our orders in Europe and DHL express for the other destinations.
- Belgium & The Netherlands (allow 3 working days), shipped with PostNL; FREE shipping for all orders above 99€ / standard shipping cost €5,50
- France, Germany, Luxembourg & United Kingdom (allow 5-7 working days) , shipped with PostNL; FREE shipping for all orders above 150€ / standard shipping cost €15
- Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland (allow 5-7 working days), shipped with PostNL; FREE shipping for all orders above 150€ / standard shipping cost €20
- USA and Canada (allow 3 working days), shipped with DHL express; FREE shipping for orders above 200€ / standard shipping cost €30
- Rest of the world; via DHL express : 30€
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For all countries outside of the EU there might be additional charges that will be applied to your order. The receiver is liable for all import duties, customs and possible local sales taxes. We are not responsible for delays with our shipping partners or at customs.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to decide whether to keep or return the goods.
To initiate a return please follow these steps;
- Email us at info@yaarnhandmade.com with your name, order number, product details and reason for return.
- You will receive a reply from us confirming your return with further details to return your items.
- The returned products must be unworn, in their original state and carry their original labels. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The return label fee (and duties for orders outside of the EU) will be deducted from the total amount refunded to your original form of payment. Unless the item is faulty in which case we will pay for the return fee but this needs to be confirmed via email first. Returns are out of our control until arrived at our office
- Please buy responsibly, avoid buying a series of sizes to only keep one and return the rest. Have a look at our "Sizing Guide" for help with sizing and don't hesitate to contact us if you have additional questions. We try and produce sustainably in small quantities but the impact of shipping is also something to consider.
EXCHANGES
We cannot offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you want a different size or colour for an item in your order you will need to send the original items back for a refund and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we've received your return, your refund will be issued within 5 working days.
